Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + 10–15% bonus

Controller Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full accounting cycle including close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Manage WIP, job costing, and project-based financial tracking
• Supervise AP, AR, and payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead system enhancements and support integration efforts

Controller Qualifications:
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Construction or project-based accounting experience with WIP required
• Strong systems and ERP experience with ability to manage integrations
• Ability to operate independently as the top finance leader onsite
