Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments.
Direct and support the day-to-day operations; supervise the food production and sanitation staff.
Assist with hiring and training of new kitchen staff.
Responsible for daily duties in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Open and close the kitchen and perform other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
Participate in inventory, development of par sheets, and placing food and supply orders.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of four years\' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.
ServeSafe Certification (preferred).
Experience in all cooking stations and methods.

Pay Range
$58,350.00 - $74,463.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
