As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a welcoming experience to all visitors and callers. What's the Job?
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Support office operations by performing various clerical duties as needed
What's Needed?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus
