Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Naples, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trusts and estates law, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and a diverse client base, providing tailored legal solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection.Manage probate and trust administration
with partners and clients to develop tailored legal solutions.Stay current on developments in estate, gift, and income tax law. QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission.Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Commitment to client service and professional excellence.
