ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice, general liability and products liabilityConduct legal research and prepare legal documentsDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsManage all aspects of litigation from inception to trialNegotiate settlements and provide strategic advice to clientsAttend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessaryCollaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong defense cases QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive state bar licenseMinimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defenseStrong understanding of legal principles and court proceduresExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound adviceExperience in medical malpractice and trial is a plusFamiliarity with deposition procedures and practices is preferred - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
