This role at Digitas will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Overview

We are seeking an entry‑level Analyst to support CRM analytics and reporting for a large consumer electronics account. This role works closely with senior analysts, strategists, audience, and account management partners to analyze CRM performance and translate data into clear, well‑structured insights that support marketing decision‑making.

The ideal candidate is early in their analytics career and has a foundational understanding of the CRM marketing ecosystem (email, lifecycle, audiences, segmentation, journeys, and measurement). This role is well‑suited for someone who is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to grow their data storytelling and client‑facing skills within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support CRM reporting and analysis, from data extraction through insight delivery.

Extract and validate CRM performance data from Tableau dashboards and reporting views to support analysis and reporting

Analyze CRM performance across campaigns, audiences, and lifecycle programs to surface trends, anomalies, and key findings

Partner with strategy, audience, and account teams to align analysis with CRM goals and campaign objectives

Develop client‑ready slides and written summaries that clearly communicate findings and implications

Present insights and findings in internal team meetings and discussions

Contribute to data quality improvements, reporting automation, and scalable analytics processes

Use SQL at a foundational level to query and validate data across CRM platforms and additional data sources, with support for more complex analyses

Qualifications

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field (including internships, co‑ops, or academic project work)

Foundational understanding of the CRM marketing ecosystem, including email and lifecycle programs

Experience extracting and working with data from Tableau dashboards or similar reporting tools

Experience manipulating data in Excel; exposure to SQL a plus

Familiarity with basic statistical concepts, including introductory exposure to A/B testing

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to translate data into clear, well‑structured insights and recommendations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in developing data storytelling skills

Ability to manage priorities, collaborate effectively, and learn in a fast‑paced team environment

Compensation Range: $55,765 - $77,070. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
