Overview
We are hiring
Installers
to support a large-scale data center project in
South Bend, IN . This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction, cabling, or general labor experience who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work.
Pay
$22–$26 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00–5:00 PM (depending on workload)
Saturdays often required
Employment Type
Contract to hire (based on performance)
Responsibilities
Install structured cabling systems (copper and fiber)
Read and interpret floor plans, drawings, and specifications
Terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling
Set up and operate copper and fiber testers
Perform system testing and troubleshooting
Follow all safety standards and job site policies
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
OSHA 10 required
Ability to pass a background check
Strong attendance and reliable work ethic
Prior labor experience required (construction, cabling, warehouse, or similar)
Structured cabling experience is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
