Our client within the Financial Services Industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approval workflows, and timely payment processing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Workday to process invoices, maintain vendor records, and support financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment issues.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have Workday experience
