Overview
Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a
Commercial AV Systems Integrator
to hire an experienced
Commercial Project Manager
to oversee the execution of commercial AV projects from start to finish. This role blends
field and office-based project management , working closely with internal teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial AV projects from kickoff through closeout
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate with sales, engineering, installation, and procurement teams
Serve as the primary client contact and attend construction meetings
Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively
Qualifications
3–5+ years of commercial AV project management experience
Strong understanding of AV systems and installation practices
PMP and/or CTS certification preferred
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
