
International Business Operations Coordinator

Our client, a biotech company located in Cambridge, is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to its international business team. This 6‑month contract role has a full-time, hybrid schedule and is offering $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports global initiatives by ensuring strong coordination, documentation, and follow‑through across cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain meeting agendas; attend meetings and produce notes, minutes, and action items Track action items, deadlines, and follow up to support timely completion Maintain project, deliverable, and milestone trackers across international initiatives Monitor timelines, flag risks or dependencies, and support leadership status updates Support contracting activities, including document tracking and coordination with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Coordinate distributor material review and submission processes and maintain approved records Build and maintain tools, templates, and documentation to improve operational efficiency Provide general operational support for evolving team needs while ensuring policy compliance Candidate Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience Biotech/Pharma industry experience required Background in operations, program coordination, or project support High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and workstreams simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting documentation Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
