At *All Around ABA*, we provide *in-home ABA therapy* as well as services in *daycares, community settings, and schools*. Our mission is to deliver meaningful, one-on-one therapy that helps children reach their full potential.
*Position Overview:*
As a _*Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)*_with All Around ABA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy. This is a rewarding role where youll see the direct impact of your work on children and families.
Responsibilities
* Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
* Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
* Collect and record accurate data during sessions
* Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Requirements
* Certified *Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)* (required)
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors preferred)
* Reliable transportation & valid drivers license preferred
* Bilingual a plus (not required)
* Professional, dependable, and passionate about working with children
