Overview
Detail‑oriented AP Specialist needed to process invoices, manage expenses, and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices with proper approvals

Code to GL accounts, job numbers & departments

Set up vendors, maintain W‑9s & assist with 1099s

Manage credit cards & reimbursements (Ramp)

Track pending approvals & follow up

Assist with check & ACH payments

Reconcile statements & resolve discrepancies

Support AP improvements & ERP implementation

Qualifications

3+ years AP experience preferred

Strong Excel & accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)

Ramp or similar platform experience preferred

Highly organized, detail‑oriented
