
Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Remote/Hybrid for a 6+ month contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH.
This role requires an autonomous and organized leader with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to guide cross‑functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team meets its targets for budget, schedule, and scope while aligning with the broader business strategy.
Responsibilities
Work autonomously and demonstrate solid leadership competencies
Lead cross‑functional team members towards common outcomes and execution
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to analyze and solve complex problems
Take initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned
Ensure the tracking and reporting of daily activities
Meet project budget, schedule, scope, and risk targets
Understand the business model and project impact on business strategy
Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation facilitator skills
Assess and coach team members, fostering open and honest feedback
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to resolution by removing impediments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience
An additional 2+ years of agile project experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience
Desired skills
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification
Pay Range
$45.67 per hour
