Overview
We are seeking a senior‑level Scrum Master / Project Manager to support a critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). This hybrid position combines traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with project management and reporting duties.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Guide teams through sprint execution and ensure delivery against commitments
Support Agile best practices across both project‑based and BAU (Business‑as‑Usual) workstreams
Act as a servant leader, helping teams remove blockers and improve delivery velocity
Project Management & Reporting
Own project reporting responsibilities, including status updates and milestone tracking
Ensure accurate updates within JIRA, feeding into automated reporting systems
Manage both project deliverables and ongoing operational work due to the team’s hybrid structure
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and governance requirements across initiatives
IAM / PAM Program Support
Support a large‑scale Privileged Access Management Definition and Policy Baseline initiative
Partner with application teams and business owners to drive PAM adoption and governance
Support updates to Tier 0 and Tier 1 applications in alignment with PAM standards
Assist with policy updates, governance enhancements, and identity lifecycle cleanup activities
Support additional IAM efforts
SSH key management
Application Identity Management Framework activities
Cleanup of legacy identity records
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Act as a liaison between Cyber, IAM, and Application teams
Coordinate with multiple sub‑teams under the IAM umbrella (policy, PAM, SSH, and operations teams)
Engage with senior stakeholders and leadership as part of the interview and delivery process
Work closely with internal team members responsible for day‑to‑day execution and governance
Tools & Technologies
PAM Tool: BeyondTrust (explicitly confirmed; not CyberArk)
Project Tracking: JIRA
Methodologies: Agile / Scrum with integrated project management reporting
Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager role
Proven experience working in hybrid Agile / PM environments
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs and governance
Ability to manage senior‑level stakeholders and complex team dynamics
Experience coordinating across multiple technical and non‑technical teams
Comfortable operating in highly regulated, security‑focused environments
