Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress
Track and maintain operational records and dispatch logs

Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency, including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Charleston candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
