Position Overview
Responsible for assigning freight loads, maintaining shipment visibility, and supporting dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress
Track and update operational records in dispatch systems
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed dispatch logs and documentation
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
