
IT Support Analyst

RCS seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students across a range of technologies and services within a modern Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environment.
Position Details
Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent
Starting salary £29,686 per annum
Responsibilities
Provide first and second line IT support to staff and students
Manage user accounts and access (Joiners, Movers, Leavers)
Test, configure, and maintain software and hardware
Deploy and support staff and student desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
Record, update, and resolve support requests through the service desk
Produce clear and useful technical documentation
Support ongoing IT projects and contribute to service improvements
Qualifications
HND in an IT‑related field or equivalent experience
Experience in a customer‑facing IT helpdesk or support role
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and/or Entra ID
Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a small team
