Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Post House Jackson, a 150‑unit community in Jackson. What You’ll Get
$18 - $21/hr (based on experience)
Quarterly Maintenance Bonus up to $750/Quarter

What You’ll Be Doing
Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
Interior/exterior painting and repairs
Maintain grounds and common areasConduct preventative maintenance
Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
Valid driver’s license required & reliable transportationAvailability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + on‑call rotation every other week
Working knowledge of:
Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Appliance repair
Carpentry, drywall & painting
Water heater systems (gas & electric)
