Optimize Search Group has been engaged by a long-standing client to hire an experienced Corporate Recruiter as they continue to grow their footprint.
This role requires 3+ years of in-house (corporate) recruiting experience, owning full-cycle hiring from intake through offer. Candidates coming strictly from agency environments will not be considered, as our client needs someone very familiar with corporate workflows and reporting.
What you’ll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions (F&A, IT, marketing, operations, etc)
Partner closely with hiring managers from kickoff to close
Lead structured interview process, scorecards, and offer strategy
Manage a steady req load across departments from entry-level to Director
What we’re looking for:
5+ years total recruiting experience
Minimum 3 years corporate/in-house recruiting for a multi-state environment is required
Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple corporate departments (please be sure that the range of titles that you've sourced are clearly shown in your resume)
Strong intake, stakeholder management, and closing experience
Experience with structured interview processes and hiring workflows
Local to DFW and able to work on-site
