Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for corporate and executive level roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and search strategy

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing

Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes

Provide consistent updates and clear communication to stakeholders throughout the search

Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor to the business

Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity in ATS systems

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience

Experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level roles

Comfortable working fully onsite in Glendale, WI

Strong relationship building skills with candidates and hiring managers

Ability to over communicate search progress, process, and strategy
Nice to Have Skills

Experience supporting executive level searches

Familiarity with Workday

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience with Indeed or similar job boards

Compensation
$25/hr to $28/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
