IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR MECHANICAL – GC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PAYROLL - PART TIME POSITION
Process weekly union and nonunion payrolls, payments for union benefits and all payroll tax payments.
Process daily AP invoices from vendors and subsequent issuance of AP checks to vendors, match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
Filing of all payroll and AP records.
Other clerical duties.
