We are seeking a dynamic, full-cycle Corporate Recruiter to support high-impact hiring across key corporate functions including Marketing, International, HR, and Technology. This role will have a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a concurrent requisition load of 10-15 roles during peak seasons

Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management

Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring strategy and workforce planning

Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future needs

Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring managers

Take a proactive, strategic approach to identifying an engaging top-tier talent through innovative sourcing methods

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong conversion rates

Skills & Experience

6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in house)

Proven success in corporate recruiting across multiple functions – especially technology, marketing, or HR

Strong sourcing skills and a passion for talent discovery

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – experience with executives is a plus

Comfortable working independently and managing own day-to-day operations

Experience with ATS systems; Oracle is highly preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Restaurant or Food industry experience

Executive placement

Global/ international recruitment experience

Compensation: $30/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
