We’re partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to identify a
Senior Field Recruiter
who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments. This role will play a key part in supporting field operations and internal hiring needs across multiple locations.
About the Role
This position partners closely with hiring managers to recruit, screen, and hire field and corporate talent. You’ll be instrumental in building pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a strong candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field and corporate roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage candidate pipelines
Build relationships with trade schools, colleges, and industry groups
Support recruiting events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and job postings
Maintain ATS systems and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience
Qualifications
5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
Experience hiring for field roles (construction, industrial, warehouse, etc.) preferred
Background in corporate recruiting (PMs, Designers, Admin roles) is a plus
Experience with onboarding processes (drug/background checks) preferred
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
Experience using an ATS and managing candidate pipelines
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Some travel required for recruiting events and field support
Opportunity to support large-scale hiring initiatives (staffing 60–100+ employees within tight timelines)
