Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Professional Land Surveyor based in Everett and Mount Vernon, WA. The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and boundary surveys, managing and executing land surveying projects, utilizing total station equipment, and performing building and construction‑related surveys. Other responsibilities include preparing detailed survey reports, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying methodologies
Experience in utilizing Total Station technology and equipment
Knowledge of Building Surveying and Surveying principles
Familiarity with local and state regulations pertaining to land use and development
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
