Job Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused
Pre‑Litigation Case Manager
to manage a full caseload of personal injury matters. This role involves supporting attorneys, guiding clients through the legal process, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury cases
Assist attorneys with new client intake and case setup
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a supportive and informed experience
Collect, organize, and maintain all case‑related documentation
Track client medical treatment and provide regular updates
Communicate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in legal case management software
Ensure timely progression of cases toward resolution
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in personal injury case management (preferred)
Strong understanding of Nevada personal injury law, legal terminology, and medical records
Required Skills
Excellent communication and client service skills (professional, empathetic, patient)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, or similar)
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Strong time management and documentation skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Additional Requirements
1+ years of experience in communication and software documentation
1+ years of experience in legal services
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable working in an onsite setting
