1st Shift: Monday - Friday

As a Quality Control Technician in Florence, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smooth and customers coming back.
What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight
Must be able to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills (high school level)
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift
Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Frequent bending, stretching, and repetitive motion required
Must properly use and maintain all required PPE and follow all safety policies
Important:
Contact lenses are not permitted in this work environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environmentBasic problem‑solving and mechanical aptitude

A Day on the Line
Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drums
Fill containers using hoses and manual valves from holding tanks or totes
Lift and place bottles (up to 1.5 gallons and various box sizes) into packaging, including inserts and accessories for final assembly and shipment
Hand apply caps or pumps on production lines
Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to seal caps when required
Palletize finished products at the end of production lines
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
