Quality Control Line Technician
Location: Mequon, WI
Preferred Shift
B Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments
Document findings accurately and promptly
Communicate quality issues to supervisors and line leads
Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements
Use lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
Maintain traceability and correct labeling of materials on the line
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available for an in‑person, on‑site interview.
