Skilled Nursing on an 8‑bed unit, with a supportive nurse‑to‑patient ratio and a manager that prioritizes patient safety and positive outcomes. How You’ll Contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Applicants must have a current VA or compact RN license. Additional requirements include:
Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
