Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women’s Services team, which includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery.
The unit provides care for low‑risk maternity patients, with an average of 15‑20 births per month.
What You Can Expect From This Role
Schedule: Full‑time Nights (7 p‑7 a)
Professional Development: Cross‑trains to Med‑Surg
Patient Population: Women and Newborns
Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratio: 1:2
Unit Capacity: 4 beds, including triage
Additional Pay: Differential pay
Bonuses: Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available (where applicable)
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing Degree
Experience: 1 year of RN experience; preferably in Women Services setting – L&D, Mother/Baby preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current BLS Certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification preferred
