The Role
We’re seeking experienced UX design professionals to develop and facilitate 1-3 day in‑person and remote workshops on practical UX design topics in the greater Boston area. Share your expertise with the design community while building your reputation as an educator and thought leader.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver intensive 1-2 day in‑person workshops on your area of UX expertise (user research, interaction design, design systems, accessibility, product strategy, etc.)
Create practical, hands‑on learning experiences with frameworks and tools attendees can immediately apply
Collaborate with our team on curriculum development and workshop materials
Facilitate engaging discussions and provide constructive feedback to participants
Work with workshop sponsors -nonprofits, small businesses, and other organizations- on creating design challenges
What We’re Looking For
Required:
5+ years of professional experience in UX design, research, or strategy roles at senior level or higher
Deep expertise in a specific UX domain
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable facilitating groups and managing workshop dynamics
Available for in‑person facilitation in the greater Boston area
Previous teaching, training, or public speaking experience
Passion for design education and helping other designers grow
