UX Designer – Plano TX (Onsite)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content strategy

• Write compelling copy that converts or compels website visitors to engage


• Facilitate UX sessions and workshops


• Provide consultation on content strategy for intranet and smaller internal ecosystems


• Provide consultation on content strategy for Knowledge Management content


• Support product management, design team members and business stakeholders


• Support other organizations, departments, and teams to create a consistent voice and tone


• Provide services during the following US business hours 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST


• Strong collaboration with a cross-functional team to build a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs, integration techniques incorporating industry standard ServiceNow workflow


• Branding and facilitate UX sessions and workshops


• UX research strategy


• Create complex user interfaces


• Create interactive prototypes


• Provide consultation on user flows and experiences


• Provide consultation on user testing


• Support product management| design team members and business stakeholders


• Support other organizations| departments| and teams to create a consistent Customer brand


• Provide services during the following US business hours 800 AM CST to 500 PM CST


• Branding and presentation design


• Provide consultation on internal marketing campaigns


• Provide consultation on infographics
