Caregiver/MedTech Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care
Manage medication as allowed by state regulations and complete daily progress reports of services provided
Complete progress reports for Assisted Living and Garden House residents daily or as needed (chart by exception)
Qualifications
Current caregiver training/certification as required by the state, or ability to obtain such certification
CNA license or at least two years of previous caregiver experience
Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment
Physical Requirements
This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
