Job Summary
As a Fresh Cut Operator, you will be integral to our food production process, ensuring high‑quality standards in manufacturing and food handling. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in food production and sanitation and HACCP compliance. Join our team to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on delivering fresh, quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities
Cut peppers and onions for fajitas & kabobs.
Cutting and stuffing mushrooms and jalapenos.
Packaging products and keeping the work area clean and sanitized.
Work in a refrigerated area at 38°F to ensure cold chain quality.
Work hours: 8 a.m. until finished; schedule varies with orders. Days of work are Sunday through Friday; Saturday off. You will also receive a designated day off during the week.
Qualifications
MUST PASS a drug test and background check.
