Schedule: Flexible, with heavy weekend work and occasional weekday events
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Staffing Manager / Supervisor to oversee our team of 1099 event staff. This role involves managing staff during various events, ensuring excellent customer communication and relations, and coordinating staffing logistics. The manager will have the first opportunity to select shifts and will work only at assigned events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise 1099 staff during events
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and relations
Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure all shifts are covered
Work closely with staff to ensure smooth event operations
Occasionally work at events during weekends and weekdays as needed
Maintain a professional and positive environment for staff and clients
Qualifications
Reliable transportation is required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable
