one elite Account Manager

to manage the volume.

This is a "Pure Execution" role.

You are not here to build a territory; you are here to run one.

The Strategic Advantage

Assigned Book of Business:

You are handed an existing, high-revenue portfolio of clients from day one.

The "Warm" Desk:

You’ll be the primary point of contact for long‑term partners who already trust the Bowman Williams brand.

No Cold Calling:

We don't want you on the phone prospecting. We want you on the phone with clients, taking job orders, and partnering with our recruiters to drive placements.

A High‑Performance Schedule

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM Mandatory Recharge:

We believe agency burnout is real. We require our team to take a two-hour break daily to ensure peak performance for the afternoon sprint.

100% Remote (Local):

While we are fully remote, we only hire within the

DC, MD, and VA

area to maintain our local team culture.

We are looking for a specific background. To be considered for this single opening, you

must

have:

Agency DNA:

At least 1+ years of experience in a

Staffing/Recruiting firm . If you haven't managed the "client-recruiter-candidate" triangle in an agency setting, this won't be a fit.

Execution Focus:

You take pride in high placement ratios and managing high-intensity client expectations.

The Full Compensation Package

Comp:

Year 1: $90K–$100K | Year 3+: Path to

$180K+
