We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage job board postings, review applications, and conduct onboarding for new hires. You will work closely with all departments to ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate employee records, conduct audits, and support training and development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR policies and US labor laws, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish or Portuguese, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Manage job board listings, employee hiring, and onboarding paperwork
Advise management and staff on HR policies and procedures to promote best practices and a positive work environment
Develop and implement training and development plans for employees across multiple roles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and process data changes as needed
Conduct document and information audits as required
Uphold a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Serve as a resource for employees and management in both English and Spanish or Portuguese to support clear communication across our diverse workforce
Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common HR software platforms
Solid understanding of HR policies and US labor laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (spoken and written) is required, as this role involves regular communication with employees and clients whose primary language is Spanish or Portuguese
