No-Fault Attorney

Our law firm, which serves as in-house counsel to a prominent New York insurer, predominantly handles automobile No-fault defense litigation. It is conveniently located in downtown Manhattan in an “A” building, and has attractive, state of the art professional offices. We seek a full-time attorney who has had experience handling all aspects of No-fault defense litigation, including EUOs, Civil Court conference appearances, motions and trials. Many appearances are virtual, and some are in-person. The candidate must be completely familiar with current Regulation 68 issues and No-fault caselaw. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions). The candidate must be aggressive, results-oriented and possess adept communication and negotiation skills, along with well-honed analytical abilities. This is a perfect job for a serious and passionate attorney.

The candidate’s caseload will cover all aspects of No-fault insurance defense issues including fraud/special investigations and medical provider fraud. This position seeks a candidate with three or more years of solid No-fault legal experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on scope and length of experience.
