Job Overview
Correctional Case Records Manager, Sacramento County, CDCR. Salary $7,247.00 – $8,997.00. Permanent Full‑Time; Hybrid telework (one day per week after training).

Responsibilities

Interpret court commitment orders, compute parole and discharge dates, and prepare legal forms for transfer, extradition, parole, and discharge of persons under the Department.

Initiate the criminal identification process; analyze legal status to determine crime and sentence with applicable enhancements, aggravations, limitations, and Good Conduct Credit.

Maintain cooperative working relationships within the department, other governmental agencies, health‑care partners, and communities.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in case records or related field.

Ability to review and interpret law, regulations, and government codes.

Desirable Qualifications

Advanced supervisory and leadership experience.

Extensive knowledge of case records.

Advanced knowledge of law, regulations, and government codes.

Working Conditions
