
Litigation Legal Secretary - North County

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well‑established Carlsbad law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to support a trial attorney with two upcoming trials. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented secretary who thrives in a fast‑paced trial environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Litigation secretary must have a minimum of 5 years of trial litigation experience to be considered.
Litigation Secretary Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to lead trial counsel
Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, and discovery
Prepare and submit state and federal court filings
Maintain and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial dates
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and court submissions
Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff to ensure trial readiness
Strong experience with motions practice and discovery
