California’s educational institutions .
Your Practice Will Include:
Advising on real estate transactions and leases
Drafting and negotiating public contracts
Supporting construction procurement processes and resolving disputes
Handling a range of transactional matters impacting school operations
Providing litigation support when necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
Is licensed to practice law in California
Has strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Enjoys collaborative problem-solving
Has at least one year of post-bar legal experience
Is mission-driven and thrives in a service-oriented environment
