Qualifications
Bar Admission: Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey (Required).
Experience: Proven experience in family law/matrimonial matters.
Skills: Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Mindset: A purpose-driven professional who values integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employer match: 100% of the first 3% + 50% of the next 2% (after 6 months)
15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
13 federal holidays observed
Office closed for the full week between Christmas and New Year’s
