Pay and Schedule
HOURLY: $24.45 - $36.83
BIWEEKLY: $1,956.00 - $2,946.40
MONTHLY: $4,238.00 - $6,383.87
Responsibilities
Assist individuals who are receiving unemployment insurance benefits and are selected to participate in the RESEA program.
Help claimants identify barriers to reemployment and develop individualized reemployment plans.
Refer claimants to local workforce centers or community partners to address barriers to employment.
Review claimants’ UI continued eligibility based on Colorado UI laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Only:
Four (4) years and six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position, such as case management & intake, social/case work, career counseling, employer engagement & outreach, or assisting job seekers at a workforce or community agency.
OR
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to four (4) years and six (6) months.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in career counseling
Knowledge of Workforce Center Services and Connecting Colorado
Knowledge of unemployment insurance and work search eligibility requirements
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in remote/virtual work
Ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with client intake and assessments
Trauma-informed approach
Experience performing similar duties as local workforce center staff
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance and career counseling strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with PC software, including Google and Microsoft Office
Ability to work remotely or in the office
Conditions of Employment
Must be a Colorado resident at time of application
