Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for the team
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
