Seeking highly organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support day to day operations and client support. This role is critical to ensuring smooth internal interactions with vendors and clients, coordinating pipeline activities, CRM management, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities with precision.
Compensation
$18-$25 / hr - based on experience - PT or FT
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leadership team
Coordinate client interactions and inquiries
Assist with onboarding
Maintain and update CRM details with documentation on regular basis
Prepare reports, manage calendar, schedule meetings, communicate among internal and external personnel with professionalism.
Organize and maintain digital files and contracts
Assist with vendor coordination and general office operations as needed
Qualifications
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in ATS or CRM tools is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with healthcare credentialing or compliance
Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline driven environment
