MUST speak Spanish and English FLUENTLY - non-Spanish speakers will NOT be considered
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced concierge for our Miami location. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction in a comforting, elegant atmosphere.
Our practice is committed to providing a work environment in which all employees combine to create a unique atmosphere that is conducive to both our customers and our staff. We are highly committed to excellence in all aspects of patient care and our staff is an integral part of this mission.
Knowledge of plastic surgery is preferred but not required. You will be trained about plastic surgery products and procedures. We will also provide training about the best ways to communicate over the phone.
The most important quality is a great attitude and the willingness to perform in a professional manner. You should be honest, professional and prompt. A happy outgoing attitude is a MUST. You should have a very professional appearance.
You will be the first contact of the practice with new patients and must give excellent customer service. The practice is very busy and we put our patients first. You must have a can do attitude and always treat our patients like family. You must be willing to come early and stay late when needed. Regular hours are 8:45 - 5:30.

Answering the phones
Scheduling consultations and other appointments
Contacting patients directly
Answering questions about the practice, products and procedures
Scheduling patient appointments, procedure appointments and managing special events
