
Construction Project Manager

AvAirPros assists our airline and airport clients by providing talented staff resources who serve as Airline Liaisons, Technical Representatives, Program or Project Managers. We represent our clients on capital improvement projects and support the airlines and airports on business, financial, technical, and operational issues.
POSITION SUMMARY
As our Project Manager/Airline Technical Representative (ATR) you’ll provide support at the Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This position receives high visibility and plays a vital role supporting various strategic airport construction‑related initiatives. The PM/ATR manages and coordinates complex aviation‑related projects through all phases of programming, planning, design, and construction. Critical to our success is a rigorous focus on analysis and the ability to convey that information to our clients.
The position will support various functions related to the South Concourse Evolution (SoCoEvo) Project including coordinating tasks and schedules, attending project meetings, communicating directly with Airport and Airline staff, and documenting communications. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management, communication, and writing skills, and regularly collaborate with clients and internal team members. You will have a broad range of opportunities to utilize and develop your skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work collaboratively with multiple parties and stakeholders to support project implementation that meets the needs of the airlines and SEA staff
Assist with coordination of project impacts and activities
Build relationships and communicate directly with both airline and airport staff
Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet program goals
Provide support as requested by the SEA or Project teams to facilitate program coordinationReview and secure required airport approvals from the airlines
Coordinate meetings and calls among the airlines and between SEA and airlines
Compose and issue documented communication to the SoCoEvo team
Prepare memos, reports, briefings, proposals, and other client deliverables
SKILLS YOU NEED TO DO IT
Project management, with an understanding of the design & construction process
Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication ability
Strong attention to detail
Savvy at building and managing relationships
