How You’ll Make an Impact in This Role
Conducted comprehensive pre- and post-rehabilitative assessments, synthesizing diagnostic data and complex medication regimens to design high-precision, patient-specific exercise therapy plans.
Leveraged advanced clinical judgment to identify exercise contraindications and abnormal physiological responses, executing immediate cessation protocols and medical referrals to ensure 100% patient safety.
Directed large-scale patient and community education initiatives, translating complex physiological data into actionable wellness strategies and preventive health classes.
Provided strategic leadership of departmental activities in the absence of management, ensuring seamless clinical operations, staff coordination, and high-quality care delivery.
Managed the calibration and maintenance of advanced clinical equipment while maintaining meticulous patient records and diagnostic reports to support multi-disciplinary care teams.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certification specializing in Sports Medicine preferred.
Exercise Physiologist credentialed from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
Position is 65 percent travel. Start times vary based on travel schedules.
Of that 65 percent, overnight travel will be approximately 40 percent. Overnight travel includes a $125 bonus for each night spent away. The company provides hotel/lodging, meal reimbursement and applicable mileage reimbursement. Local travel will be approximately 25 percent, usually around an hour from the Indianapolis office. Company vehicles may be available for some local travel.
