Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Long-Term Care focus is needed for a local, travel-eligible assignment in a skilled nursing setting. The position runs for 4 weeks starting May 1, 2026, with guaranteed 36 hours per week across three 12‑hour day shifts. This is a local assignment in the Clovis, NM area.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of an RN/MD
Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document administration accurately in the charting system
Monitor resident status, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition; elevate concerns to appropriate team members
Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote safety, mobility, and falls prevention
Support basic wound care, skin integrity, and routine care tasks; reinforce care plans with residents and families as directed
Document care, observations, and interventions clearly and timely; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes
Requirements
Active LPN license (current and in good standing)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work in a long-term care environment and manage a 12‑hour shift cadence
Willingness to commit to a local assignment and 4-week contract
Eligible to work in the United States; reliable to work in the Clovis area as a local candidate
