Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting care as required

Collaborate with the nursing team and other health care professionals to ensure safety and quality of care
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Communicate changes to the supervising nurse and provide education to residents and families as appropriate
Requirements
Local candidates preferred (local only)
Availability to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule and meet guaranteed 36 hours weekly
Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for NH licensure
