Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care that impacts patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day you will provide individualized, comprehensive care, perform skilled procedures, implement patient care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Perform complete patient assessment.
Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources.
Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data, including vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
Registered Nurse license in Arkansas, upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
Pay Range
$32.38 – $43.68 per hour.
